Honorable Marielle Geraedts, Ambassador of Netherlands graced MyCitiHomes’ Go Green Appreciation Day last November 22, 2023 at Liora Homes Naic, Cavite. The event aims to acknowledge collaboration between Philippines and the Netherlands to address climate change and promote sustainability between countries.
Liora Homes Naic, being awarded as the Philippines 1st BERDE Certified Residential District and Biggest Rooftop Solar Farm in South East Asia, would not be made possible without the relentless effort and vision of MyCitiHomes’ Executive Vice President, Mr. John Philip Wang.

Together with Ambassador Geraedts, Ms. Rosie Tsai, President and CEO of MyCitiHomes, Mr. Mike M. Consenheim, Country Manager of Solar NRG
and Mr. Mitchel Smolders, Executive Director of the Dutch Chamber of Commerce discussed how SOLAR NRG’s Net Metering System works inside every Amora Eco-love Townhomes.
In addition, Liora Naic’s Amora Eco-Love Townhomes has recently been awarded an Edge Advanced Preliminary Certificate by the World Bank Group, underscoring MyCitiHomes’ leadership in green building practices and its commitment to pushing the boundaries of sustainable and affordable living. This is in addition to the 3-Star BERDE Districts awarded to Liora in June 2022.
The energy sector (MERALCO) represented by the Senior AVP and Head of Home and Micro Business, Ms. Margarita David, showed full support to the energy generation provided by Liora Homes Naic, addressing the energy shortage brought about by the increasing demand.
Also present were Atty. Federico Sandoval of Heineken, Ms. Dinah Sayam of DSM Nutritional Products Philippines, and Mr. Gabriel Inigo Hernandez, Senior Economic Officer focusing on Renewable Energy, Circular Economy, and Sustainable Transport of the Embassy of the Netherlands.
