Brokers Accreditation Online Process Guide

If you are a PRC-licensed real estate broker, whether seasoned or new, and if you believe you can be an asset to MyCitiHomes, we invite you to become accredited. We have two options for our online process; you can either: 1.) Fill up Online PDF (See Process) or 2.) fill up and submit our Online Accreditation Form.

Fill up form

Complete the Fillable Accreditation Form (PDF). Click the Download button. Select "With your changes".

Note: For mobile users, you will need a PDF editor app (e.g., Foxit PDF Editor ) to fill up the form. You can also just opt for our Online Accreditation Form.

Send us an Email

Email your intent to join at sales@mycitihomes.com.ph together with all of these attachments:

  • Filled up Accreditation form
  • Photocopy of PRC / HLURB ID
  • 1x1 ID Picture of broker
  • Photocopy of Certificate of Registration
  • Photocopy of BIR official receipt
  • Banco De Oro (BDO) Account
  • 1x1 ID Picture of authorized representative (optional)
  • Special Power of Attorney for authorized representative (optional)
  • Government issued ID of Authorized Representative (optional)

Note: Put "Accreditation, Your Last Name" as the subject of your email.
