- Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum one year relevant experience in performing property administration and move-in functions preferably gained from engineering/construction, real estate and property development industry.
- Licensure in Civil Engineer is an advantage but not required.
- Outstanding ability in addressing customer needs.
- Willing to be assigned in Cavite
