During the last quarter of 2012 MyCitiHomes’ prime residential development IL Giardino Residences completed the construction of its amenities area in time for the holiday season. The blessing was held at the clubhouse and participated by a majority of the homeowners. The amenities area consists of a multi-purpose clubhouse, basketball court, parks and playgrounds and a swimming pool and is now under the management of the Homeowners Association Inc. January 2013.
